Friends,

I entered USA on Aug 23 1992. I was 24 when I entered. I arrived on F1 visa. I graduated in May 1995. I was 27 when I finished my first degree.
I was on practical training till June 18th 1995.

I enrolled in MBA on June 18th 1995. I have I-20 for this also. I got H1 on Dec 9th 1995. Age at this time was 27.

From then on I was on H1 till March 2001.(Ages on H1 27,28,29,30)

I applied for EAD in March 2001. I got my GC in April 2002. Ages( 31,32)

From April 2002 till date Sep 2006 I am on GC (Ages 33, 34, 35,36,37,38)

Now, should I show all of the above dates with copy of docs ?

OR

Show the first F1 that covers me till age of 27 (till date of my first graduation May 1995) ?

With Regards,
-N

Provided you can demonstrate you remained a non-immigrant in F1 status until your 26 birthday, you shouldn't need to do much else. Probably transcripts and enrollment dates for your first degree should be sufficient.

From what I understand, even a H1 is a non-immigrant visa, which makes you un-eligible for the Selective Services. In your case, you became an immigrant the day you got your I-485 (GC) approved. Since you were older than 26yrs, you don't have to show anything to prove why you did not register with SS.

Also, since you are more than 32 yrs older, you don't need to prove anything regarding SS.

Chao.

Friends,

Let me get this.

Send copy of my F1 visa in the old passport.
Send copy of my new passport.
Send copy of my I20.
Send copy of my entry stamp of Aug 23 1992 in old passport.
Send copy of my degree certificate showing date of degree received.
(this is for closure since I20 does not have end date)

Anything else or should I also
Send copy of my Practical training (photo is not visible but name is ).
Should I send transcript of the last year when I was working on project.

Please help.

No need to send any of this - just have it ready if any questions are asked during interview.

If you send all that, your application might be returned to you as it will confuse the heck out of anyone!!!
Please read the N-400 guide on the uscis.gov site and know your 2 cents!
Depending upon a forum for all your info might not be the right way to approach this.
If you can't get this right, hire a lawyer. Prevention is better than cure!
Peace!
