in the Form N400 for US Citizenship .about the Selective Service Registration

33- are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays in any status except as a lawful nonimmigrant ?

Yes Or No

Here is my Situation i Came to the US Thru R K3 Visa i was Born in April 23 of 1978 . and i Entered the US Sep 20 2004 , which i was already 26 year old but i was still in the 26 age .. Should i Say Yes or No ...
 
If you first time you ever entered the US was a day or more after your 26th birthday, answer NO.

Yah the first time ever i entered the us was the Sep 20 -2004 which i was already 26 and my birthday has already passed . it just i was still in the 26 age
