Im on H1 visa. Couple of months back, I received a mail about being enrolled into the Selective Service System. The notice also said that any non-residents need to provide their I-94 for exemption.
- I used to work for company A. I applied for h1b transfer and now currently work for company B. The transfer case is still processing - therefore the I94 i have right now is still from Company A. Can I submit that I94?
-Are there any penalities for not seeking exemption? I received the notice couple of months back but didn't take any action. Is that going to be a problem?
