Hi Everybody,
Can anybody share their thoughts on the following ?

1. My I 140 is filed with VSC While my present residence is in CA
2.My employer is based in VA under the VSC and the Labor is approved for VA and 140 is also filed for VA.

My question is as follows :
which is the best location to file 485 VSC or CSC ?
or Will it make a difference if i show residence in Chicago and file under NSC

I am live exaple on this. My company comes under VSC. I am working in CA for the last 2 tears. I tried to file I-140 from CSC after 2 moths they sent back saying i am suppose to apply at VSC. My lawyer send it second time sitting some rules. They promptly returned back. But some people from company got approval from CSC. It depends on the officer. I suggest you better apply at VSC.

Thanks for the info Reddy...for all you know if we apply directly to VSC they may transfer the case to CSC...INS is pretty unpredictable.
