Selcetive service- Registerd but not required to

II came to the USA on F1- Student Visa until I was 27 when I got my GC. So recently, I contacted the Selective Services requiring Status letter, and I found that I was registered since I came to the USA through VA DMV. DMV told me that I checked the thrid box as it shown below, Would that Cause any problem for me in the future Regarding my N400. [ this part is taken from VA-DMV DL application]
All males under the age of 26 are required to check one of the following. Failure to provide a response will result in denial of your application
[ ] I am already registered with Selective Service.
[ ] I am a non-immigrant alien in the U.S. and not required to register.
[ ] I authorize DMV to forward to the Selective Service System personal information necessary to register me with Selective Service.
 
In this case you answer No to Question 33 so that you skip all SS related questions so that you won't need to answer whether
you registered or not.

F-1 students are exempt but is not required to stay away from registration. So you can still answer No to Q 33 but provided
regitration info. Either way you are OK.
