Dear everyone.

I won the DV 2008 case no. AF48*** and I will get married next month. My girlfriend is already pregnant. Is the any possibility for me to join her by sending the married certificate to KCC after the wedding ?
Will this bring any problem if I have to join her after our marriage on the 19 of April?

Please advice

What does that mean?

In case of a marriage, send your corrected forms and her forms to KCC asap.
 
Thanks for your reply. I have already sent my documents to KCC last year July 2007. But what I mean is that I will get married this year 19 of April. Should I inform KCC about my present situation after the married day or just go ahead and apply for the visa alone?
My case number is also high something like AF48*** pls advice.......

You have to send KCC the update of your family situation and also send the forms for your wife. As long as your wedding is BEFORE the interview, you should be fine, and she can go with you.
 
if you want your wife to immigrate with you, you have to send corrected forms after you marry. Be prepared for the consular officer to consider your marriage a scam to get a GC for her. It happens.

If you won't want her to immigrate with you, you should still correct YOUR forms, but she doesn't need to go to the interview or fill out forms for herself.
