security checks

Hi,
i have called NSC and found out my namecheck got cleared
but now they say many more FBI security checks are pending
what are these? and how long it will take?
any idea?

Hi !

Which number did you call at NSC to find out if you cleared name check. Called USCIS the other day, and they were unable to provide any definitive response.

called regular customer service number

but it took me to NSC when chose the option 3,4 after the regular message got played which took me to nsc
