Security Check

Every time I inquiry about my case I get this response “The processing of your case has been delayed. We are currently awaiting the results of required security checks on this case” it seems my case is stuck in the security check.

Does any one knows who does the security checks ( FBI ?) and does any one has a phone # to contact to check the process.

I think this information taken from FBI's website would be helpful for you to figure out how do they go about doing the name check for issuing a visa and permanent residency. Here's the link.
