My employer is trying to complete form 9089 but could not find the appropriate place to secure the PWD for state of New Jersey.
NJ Department of Labor seem to only keep info about the minimum wage and PWD for construction-related public work.
So where can one obtain PWD in NJ for jobs that can be classified under EB2 or EB3?
