Folks , Can anyone help me with some queries.
My PD is July 2003, EB2 and the case is in Phil backlog processing center.
I am on 8th Year H1 extension till Sep 2006.
I am interested in a secondment program ( a temporary assignment , 6 mo) to India through my employer where I will have to be physically in India continuously for 6 months.
Does this arrangement work in legal terms while I can still have my residency in process ?
Would appreciate if you could help to identify risks and impact on my ongoing residency process and things I should be taking care of.
