Second W2 job using EAD while on unpaid bench with GC sponsoring employer

I have crossed 180 days on I-485 app with my GC sponsoring employer and I am presently on a unpaid bench roll for the past 3 months. I have taken up another W2 job working from 8a-5p that is not related to IT. Is that ok? Can this cause some hiccups with my GC?

Or at the time of interview (if any) you might have to get proof of employment from your sponsoring employer or from another employer that your job responsibilities are similar to the one in LC/140.
