Hi,
I am currently employed for company A and want to switch jobs to company B which is willing to initiate an immediate transfer of my H1 visa. But I only intend to work for company B for 4 months and then wish to transfer to a third company C. Can company C file for a transfer from company A and will this be valid even though I may have switched companies by the time the transfer will be approved. If not will company C have to wait for my H1 transfer from company A to B to be approved before they can initiate transfer. Any suggestions on the most appropriate option will be helpful. Thanks.
