Second time posting(EAD H1b expires)

Hello,
 I have filed the I-485 may27,2001 , EAD got approved Nov17,2001
Right now I have interim EAD which is valid till 09/16/2002.
My H1b expires Jan2002..Finger print was done Nov9,2001..

Pls. let me know what shud I do..
shud I file for extension..

I dont see any reason for filing for H1 extension.. as you got EAD and you crossed 6 months.. I thing you just need to change status to work on EAD.. (by filling I9 form I guess) findout from your employer..
