second time H1 stamp

Hi,

I have H1 stamp #1 from my previous employer, which is valid since OCT-2009. Now i am working with another employer with I-797 in my hands.

Now, i'm planning to go to india in DEC-2008 for 2-3 weeks. i wonder if i MUST have to get new H1 stamp for my current employer?

or do i can't get new stamp until stamp#1 from previous employer is expired in OCT-2009?

Please advice...

---------------if you have I-94 attached with H1 approval of present employer then you can remain and can work in US till I-94 expiry date.

----------------- You have Valid H1 stamp till Oct-2009 in your passport through employer A and working with B.when enter US at POE show the valid H1 stamp AND H1 approval of B and you will get I-94 till H1 of B. no need for new H1Visa Stamp.

or do i can't get new stamp until stamp#1 from previous employer is expired in OCT-2009?
