Second RFE

Have anybody received two RFE in sequence. I received RFE in Jan 26, 2005 and respond in Feb 08, 2005, now i received an email about another RFE in Feb 23, 2005.

My first RFE was about employment letter and I-129 copy, because i still in H1B.

What can be? I asked my lawyer, and she said we need to wait, but she said this is good news, because they are working with my case, but i do not agree, because why they ask for another RFE.

Any Idea.

NSC people are very bad. They would have sent it in first RFE itself. Did your LUD get changed after Feb'08th? Please reply me.
 
2nd RFE

Yes, please add my name in the list of the unlucky ones. On March 10, 2005 I got 2nd RFE aswell. CIS received my 1st RFE response on January 7, 2005. I was hoping to get the approval but now have gotten another RFE. I dont know what this RFE is about. LUD changed and the status said that I should know something in 14 days.

I mean I totally understand that they need more information. But damn is time of any consideration atall? My 485 receipt said that my case will take between 570-600 days. And I'm close to 900 days now and still no approval in sight. As I see is getting this RFE just added another 100 days to my already long wait time.

My friend got 3 RFE, first and third need the same information, but were issued 10 months apart.
