Second RFE - Need I-140 Amend

I got my second RFE for I-140 Amend. for Company change.
I\'ve submitted Ist RFE earlier with company letter, W2, Bio. info.
Now INS need I-140 Amend due to my recent company change.

Is this process (140 Amend)going to take same amount of time as regular I-140?
and any problem with my current EAD?
Any information, please let me know.

Did you also have to go thru the amended I-140?? From some of your earlier posts, it looked so. You also got your 485 approved recently, right?? Please respond. I also got 2nd RFE for I-140.

Yes. my company was acquired by another company.I\'ve mentioned in the company letter (employment) for my first RFE.So, now got my second RFE for I-140 amend.

Please could someone advice me. Does one have to file a I-140 amend even if you have an I-140 approval on the basis of National Interest Waiver EB2-company sponsored - (i.e. haven\'t gone through the labor certification) should the company merge?
