It depends on your case number, Mail KCC now to confirm and they will tell you the status of your case(if they have mailed your 2NL) and probably your date of interview.

I gave a phone call to kcc yesterday because i did not receive the 2NL.
they said they sent my 2NL on july 19th and they infomed me about my embassy interview date september 1st at 8h00 so try to call them at 606 526 7500
