Second Letter?

Hi
I am a DV winner for 2011 from south east asia.
I have already submitted my 1 letter since july 11 , 2010.

Today I have recieved a letter from KCC that contains my interview date.
They say they have completed the processing of my case and follow the step 4.

Is it the second letter?
When and How to proceed to fill form for my petitioner?
So do i need to wait for any contact from embassy?

Can anyone help me?

I mean someone who will sponsor in US???
I heard that sponsor need to fill the form and submit to US gov.

By the way the letter i receive today is second letter???

Yes, that is ur second letter. The embassy most probably would make no contact with you and you just need to complete preparing ur documents and appear at the embassy on the day of your interview. You can contact the embassy via e mail or phone call if you have any thing you want to be clear with. Regarding the issue of a sponsor, you might need to get a legal permanent resident or a citizen of the US that can send you an affidavit of support (form I-134.) The best thing is to contact the US embassy in ur country and ask them about all these issues and they will tell you the country specific requirements for the interview. Good luck.
