second labor - is it possible?

Currently, I am on my last year of H1-B visa
(expiring Feb 2006). My company has filed for my labor (RIR) this
January. I know my company can cancel this labor and file thru PERM to
retain the priority date. But they are not willing to file under PERM. So,
is it possible for me to file a new labor under PERM from different
company?

This way, is it possible to get 7th year H1 extension? I fear about about
this possibility since, if I file a new labor under PERM, I will lose my
priority date. I would like to know the possibilites in this scenario. Thanks.

Refiling

To,
great guru,

While Perm application is in Process, Can we refile the new Perm application without dropping old Perm application with new PWD and Job title? What are the precautions we need to take. Thanks in advance.

7th year H1 extension?

great guru,
I thought that we can take 7th year H1 extension from new company B using the priority date of pending labor from previous company A. Correct me if I am wrong. I got this info from the same forum.
