Second Job on EAD

I got my EAD in Apr'05. One of my friend told me that i can work in second job for some one else. So i started looking around. I found part time in marketing. I made some progess to get the commission. I would like to make sure couple of things before i ask them to give me the commission. I need your help to get better picture about this.

1) Is it leagal to work on second job for some one else on EAD?

2) If so, can i ask them to run payrol for the commision?

Please advise me ..

Yes - you can work n jobs on EAD.
But using EAD invalidates your H/L status .... so in case you are using H/L for your primary job, you need to change that over to EAD as well - that's all.

You need to fill out a new I-9 form showing your EAD as the proof of work authorization.
Your company's HR dept would help you with this.
