i have been married with my wife for 4 years now at the time we could now live together because she was still attending school in mexico and our financial status was not that great she would travel back and foward from mexico to the usa finally we got everything together this year and we filed for her green card she has receive her work permit and she can now travel to mexico ..... we had our first interview february and everything seem to go well the office said you will get your 10 year greencard in the mail ... but we got a second interview notice now should i be worry ? she is 5 months pregnant

Is she inside or outside the US now? Did she overstay her visa before applying for the green card? Did she inform the interviewer in February that she was pregnant?

I believe she did over stay her visa for about a month at the time of the interview she did inform the officer she was pregnant but u could not tell. The officer did not look at any of our paper work all he did was ask a few questions and said we where ok and just to wait for the greencard on the mail also after the first interview a few days exact she travel to Mexico to fix some issues with her parents business she is currently on her way back

You're saying doesn't have an overstay of 180 days or more. Then her travel to Mexico won't be a problem, assuming that she had an approved Advance Parole when she left.

Has she got any old issues? An arrest, an immigration detention, a false claim to USC? Was she ever deported along with her family when she was a child? What do you know about her life before you met her? Are you a USC or LPR?

No she did not over stay over 180 and yes she was approve for travel my question is why a second interview after the officer said we would get the greencard on the mail. Also will they make her go through any tress during this interview. She's almost 6 months and its been a very hard pregnancy

They might have dug up something in her immigration history that you don't know about -- maybe she doesn't know about it, if it's something that got into her file because of USCIS error (e.g. somebody else with the same name as her). Or she gave an answer years ago when applying for a visa that is inconsistent with something she said in the green card interview. Or it's something as simple (and clumsy) as the original interviewer losing the notes that were made from the original interview so they have to redo it.

Make sure to bring medical evidence of her pregnancy (the belly isn't enough -- people can stuff a fake belly under their clothes).
