Second Income for H1-B holder.

Hi,

I\'m a holder of H1-B visa. Currently I have been getting offer to do some several internet projects (freelance opportunity), which I\'m interested in taking on my weekends.

Now, I\'m wondering if I\'m eligible for a second income apart from my main employer right now. And how can I bill the company I do the project for?

I believe your employer should give you permission to work on the second project
