Second H1B question

Hi,

The company I am with is sponsoring my green card and I have gotten my I 140 approved a week back. We are waiting to file my I 485 when my visa number becomes current. As for my H1B, my six year limit on it expires in February of 2010.

While my visa with my current employer can be extended for up to three years since my I 140 is approved, I had a question in finding a part time teaching opportunity or a full time position in addition to what I have at this point. While I stay employed at this company, there are institutes where I have tried to teach and do conferences. They are willing to file a second H1B for me to employed there. Am I capped by the 6 year limit on my second H1B? As in, if they file an H1B, will that expire in February of 2010 or the fact that I have an I 140 approved from my current employer, would my second H1B be valid for three years?

Thanks,
