Second GC processing

Hi all,

Company A (previous employer) is processing my GC now I am in 485 stage. I moved Company B(Present Employer) before my I-485 filling through Company A.

Company B wants to process my GC

Does it create any problem for my I-485, which is already filled through my previous employer? If I file another labor through my current employer. Please help me

Try to explore AC21 portability so that you can save your company A's I-485 and get the GC faster.

You have a wealth of information in any of these immmigrations sites on AC21 portablility provisions.

Consult your attorney and discuss the issue with him/her.

I-485 Transfer

My I-485 was filled on june 2002 got EAD through my previous emplyoer ,which is filled after I moved to Comany B

Can I transfer my I-485 from company A(previous) to company B(current) ?
