Plenty of parents get called for second FP as the first one was not clear for FBI. This happened in my parent's case also. When I asked for details to USCIS officer at FP site, he said, due to aging FP get deteriorated and it is a natural phenomenon happening to certain % of applicants.
However, looking at Name Checking process, I have a reason to believe that no clear FP may add subsequently to background check process dealy as FBI does not have FP they tend to take longer for name checking and background checking solely based on other information.
Is this assumption correct ?
