Second FP notice received

Contacted NJ Senator last week of August and they initiated an enquiry on 9/3/03. On 9/12, the person in-charge of immigration casework responded saying that BCIS replied with a message asking to re-check for a status update in 30-45 days. I thought even the Senator's office was getting useless responses like we get from NCSC. Apparently, it HAS triggered some progress -- it could be a coincidence too considering some of the folks in this forum for whom any development on their case has been elusive even after contacting Senators/Congressmen.

FP2 Details: Scheduled to appear on 10/25 @ Newark, NJ office. Considering swinging by the office to see if I can do it earlier. Will let you guys know. Any advice on this is welcome.

Yes

I came back from out of town to find the notice in my mailbox. My attorney had emailed me about it while I was gone anyways.
