Second FP Notice received after reply for RFP

I am not sure how many have received 2nd FP after reply to RFP was sent.

My details:

RD: Dec 31'01
ND: Jan 08'02
1st FP: May01
RFP: August 03 (On line updated)
RFP Replied: August 03 (On line updated)
Second FP Notice : Sept 03 (On line not updated)

Anyone in similar situation, please share your thoughts.

We responded to our RFEs in Mar 03 and I just got my 2nd fingerprinting notice. My wife hasn't gotten her's though. Is this pretty normal?

Anyway, my RD is Sep 01, hope my case gets processed soon!

RFE response received by BCIS 09/03/03
Second FP scheduled on 09/18/03

How long is it taking to hear from BCIS after the second FP is done? Any ideas?

did you guys receive the rfe or did u'r lawyer get it.
Online says they have mailed RFE on 9/11 .

RFE is usually sent to your lawyer, so check with him/her.

BTW, you guys are lucky to get 2ndFP done, I am still waiting for it after long expiration time.

double_jeopardy: I received RFP. I think, if you have filled out G28 form, then your attorney will receive.

Please check with your attorney, I could be wrong.
