Second FP Notice on white paper, w/o torch backside is blank

Hi

I received Second finger print notice. I got this notice on white paper with out torch symbol pic and United states of America on the top and back side is empty. Is it commom?. is any one received second FP like this. All the required information is on this paper excpet all the obove mention information.

i too got similar blank FP notice. Did not have problem.
The officer at the counter will call someone higher up and the boss will verify the notice on its database and then u r all set. Go ahead and get Fpd.
 
maybe the torch got fully burned and disappered.....or INS sent the 2FP on their toilet paper....who knows...the mistery remain unsolved...?
