Second FP. Does this mean?

Dear Friends,

I received second FP in mail yesterday. Does this mean that my nc has been completed? am i close to getting my GC? please send your thoughts

First finger printing done in July 05. I think i was stuck in BG Check/NC.


My details are:

EB2
LC PD : Jan2002
I-140 AD : May 05
I-485 ND : July 05

I've done FP 2 times. With my past experience, it does not necessarily mean your NC clearance. You may try to ask CSC directly rather than speculation.

It means your FP expired

Unfortunately Biometric notification does not mean a thing in terms of progress in NC. We have folks in this forum gotten 3 FP notices still stuck in NC. Do not want to send the not-so-exciting message across however it helps to stay informed and not be under false hopes.
Please run a check for your NC status. That is way more accurate than speculation.
