second FP appointment?

Hey there,
here I come with another one. I got fingerprinted on Monday and today (Wednesday) I got a letter with another fingerprint appointment. I know someone else mentioned second fingerprinting, but I can't find the answer now. So, why is that? Who generally get fingerprinted twice?
