Second FP after RFE ????

My Fp expires on 9/06/03. I got RFE on 8/18/03. I have sent my documents to attorney Today which they'll receive it on Monday 8/25. Attorney will be mailing the employment letter to my employer for signature and then employer mails it back to the attorney. Looking at all this process seems like my RFE documents will reach BCIS only after my FP expiration. Does that mean I need to take second FP? Any input is greatly appreciated.

The answer unfortunately is yes. You will have to be FPed again.
