Second Fingerprinting Notice - May'01 - RD/ND -Jaxen, Jack & others-HELP!!

Hi All,

I am in need of help and suggestion. My RD/ND is MAY 2001. I had my Fingerprinting in Feb 2002. I also got a RFE for birth affidavit. It has been more than 4 months since INS received the response to RFE. Each single day I am waiting for approval and now today I get a Second Fingerprinting notice. I am in a fix, what do I do? Is there anyone with a similar situation?

I am also in similar situation.... last week I got a FP notice mentioning that my appointment is on OCt 31st and today I got another FP notice saying that my appt is set at Nov. 8th.. I am soooo confused.. I am trying to clear up with my lawyer

Is there any update from your lawyer? Also can I go before my scheduled date for Fingerprinting? Any pros and cons?
