Second Finger print received

for wife(online status changed), but I didn't get anything! Old FP is valid until 8/28/03. FBI hotline said both FP results were fine and even they had hard time getting wife's FP recorded on the machine.
Are they generating this FP just randomly or looking at certain dates and doing some estimates and sending 2nd notice out? I don't see any reason for generating FP 5 months in advance! Anybody with similar situation?

I think FBI's # is (304) 625 5590

I've never called them though I did my FP in Jun of 02.
