Second Finger Print Notice Received

Finally I have something to post after my last post almost two years ago.

I received my second finger print notice on June 1st. I asked my lawyer to send them a fax inquiry. She reluctantly accepted. I got the notice a few days later. I am not sure if the inquiry triggered the notice or even if the lawyer bothered sending a fax. But bottom line I got my 2nd FP notice.

I got second Finger Print Notification 06/01/2004. Infact i sent Fax inquiry couple weeks back.

No, touch date is still from two years ago.

i also received the 2nd FP Notice, i did the 1st level fax inquiry a week back.
No change in the touch date.

No RFE or 485 Approval yet

Is your touch date same as ND (04/03/2002) ? I have same ND as yours. Still waiting for second FP... My touch date remains 04/03/2002 :-(

Sent fax a week back . No response yet..

no my touch date is 09/10/2003, but Message still says "On April 25, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. ", which is the 1st FP Notice.

My WAC is 02-214-5XXXX (RD: 06/21/04, ND: 06/24/04) and am still waiting for my 2ND FP. You mentioned getting a 2ND FP request after sending a fax! Did they ever respond to your fax? As I can see, your ND/ RD is still within JIT processing times. Do they entertain such fax requests?

I never got any direct reply/response from BCIS, but i got 2nd FP notice in month after sending Fax notice. I don't know whether i'm in current JIT dates or not. But i thought sending fax doesn't delay/hurt my GC process.

Other reason i'm thinking.. i recently applied for 3rd EAD, might that have triggered my 2nd FP.
