Second F-1 Visa?

Hello all,

I have completed my bachelors on student visa last year and I returned to my home country. Now I want to go back to the same university for PhD. I have the admission offer. What are my chances for visa considering that I will be financed by the university? What other factors should I be careful of?

if you came back on time last time, and you have financing, you have good chances.

Yes, I came back on time. Does it matter if my university is financing my education, should I still have to show bank statements etc.?
