second extension for another 6 months stay, possible?

My parents got 6-month stay visa upon entering USA this January. We filed for extension for another 6 months in April, got the receipt, stilling waiting for the final decision from Nebraska Service center. Now we want to even extend for another 6 month, so that they can stay with us for 1.5 year. Has anybody done this? Is it possible??

OverstaY?? i94 has 6months, PP stamping has 2 months

HI ALL,
This posting is for a friend of mine.
Parents had visited US twice before, had a 1 yr stamping on PP from Mumbai when they came for the 2nd time. They went back and now are on their 3rd visit using the same 1yr stamping with only 2 months left according to PP.
However, Port of entry INS official gave i94 validity for 6months. Will it be considered overstay if they follow what's on the i94 compared to the stamping date on PP?
Please advise with any pertinent info.

It will not be considered overstay. The Visa is to come into the Country and the I-94 tenure is telling you how long to stay .So your Friends Parents can stay as long as they are allowed on the I-94
Those are 2 different things.
For Instance if you have 10years Multiple Entry and the Immi.Officer Stamps on the I-94 with 6 months stay and can you stay for more than 6 months ? NO..
Same case Vice Versa.

YES why not ? I have got for my Mom., Try to say they could not visit California or some place and are planning to do that this Summer. I have not seen any rejections so far. Also if you apply for the Second Extension and by the time they make a Decision it is already 6 months and you can leave the country by showing the Extension Reciept saying that INS has not made any decision and we are leaving as we cannot wait for the Second Extension Decision.

Do we need to produce I134 affidavit again. I did it for my mom's Ist Extension and got it approved. I am applying for another 3 months extension next month.

I have filed for extension of visitors visa extn(1st) for my parents with VSC.Since the extension was taking long time my parents left before any response from VSC. Now they have requested for additional information for extension, But they have already left US. As fas as I know if we don't respond to their queries it will be a problem for the next visa issuance.

What should I do? Please advise me.
