second EAD, please help

Guys, my first EAD expiring soon. The second one is renewal, I mean I should use this category: (16) T principal renewals, right?
How long does it take to get it (Vermont)?
 
If your case is employment based then your category is C 09

File the EAD renewal before April 30 becase on that date fees is going to increase extra$55
