second EAD filing question

Hi All,
I will be applying for my & my wife's second EAD in couple of days, so I have couple of questions.

Does second EAD need any other documents or is the list is same as first EAD?

Does AP is also valid for one year like EAD? If it is then I think I should apply for AP too.

Same as first EAD plus:
for both- First EAD mailers (the paper in which the EADs came),copy of current EAD

for spouse- marriage certificate copy.
Yes AP is also valid only for a year. always apply for AP and EAD 3-6 months before expiry (watch processing time of your service center)
