thats not my confusion here. as bertilthier said kcc emails back to us by stating that the documents are received and being proccessed. however i did not receivce such email. they replied to me by just stating that they have recieved my email. nothing was said about the proccessing of the documents. and i'm quite sure my documents reached them by june 3rd. i guess the best option for me now is to call them.
