Second AP denial & Travel

Hi,
My wife has a valid first AP and she is out of country and plan to be back before first AP expires. Before she left, we had applied for her second AP. we had sent AAA digital photos and there is a chance that an RFE would be raised. Before she left, we took Walgreens Polaroid photos and in case of RFE i could sent it.

My question is if they deny the the second set of photograph and hence deny the AP, would it affect her return using first AP?

Hi,

One of my friend AP denied because of Photo. he sent first photo. he got RFE. he sent another photo from walgree. he got letter that your AP denied becuase photo have shed on face.

But I am also interested to know that can we come back on First AP if second AP denied ?

------ you can come back if you have First valid AP in hand and you need to enter before the date that first AP expires

---that is best option, she need to be back before that first AP expires becase she left after filing second AP and she cant use the second AP if that gets approved while she is not in US

----------She need to have second AP APPROVED in hand before departing US if she wanted to use the second AP.
