Let us start a new thread to monitor and share information on Seattle(AK,ID,OR,WA States) regions federal level labor processing.

CERTIFIED

My RIR case was certified today. I called the AVM. Here are my details.

Applied at ID SESA: Mar 2003
SESA to DOL date: Oct 2003
DOL Received date: 20-Oct-2003
Certified April 30, 2004 (As per AVM)
No remands or NOF at DOL
Job requirement: BS with 5 years Exp
Software Consulting firm, no layoffs
Case #: 0957****
DOT Code: 999.151-051

Now, onto the next piece of the immigration puzzle, 140 here I come. I have been checking the AVM daily (yes, I'm paranoid :))since the new dates were published around 4/16. It looks like the AVM gets updated on Mondays.

It looks like there is approx of 2000 cases in between, i guess these numbers are all for in series for all Seattle Region states i.e. AK, ID,OR and WA.

Please post your number and Date regional office received that way we can have a guess or track where the processing are
 
You might want to track if the cases are Regular or RIR.

Administrator: It would be helpful to keep this thread at the top along with the other trackers and rename the thread to be consistent with the others.

Thanks. It's 4. ID's the fastest of the 3 NW states.

I know, I been 2 month not moving. :confused: They probably taking sping break.
 
No Updates on this Monday..may be they decided not to work on 4 day week :)

Do we have any members with Region Received Dates in Oct/Nov/Dec ?. Sometimes they do not keep the dates changing even when only 1 case is pending from October.
 
Just checked the phone system. Yes, they did update their voice recording, but the date is still Oct. 2003.
 
Nope, did not change. Still Oct 2003. :-(
I think they are doing San Francisco, San Francisco has changed to January 2003, they were at Dec 2002.
So be patient, we will there.
 
It has not been moving like at least two month now. I don't know when they will restart processing this Region again. When California gets to Oct. 2003 also?
