Did you receive the notice with the yellow form?

Also, did the INS send the notice directly to you or the attorney?

Are you sure your RD is 9/07, not the ND ? My RD is 9/04. Just check the ATM. Nothing changes. Did the message change on your case after you received the FP notice ? Your response will be appreciated.
 
FP RECEIVED

I just got the FP notice from the mail. Scheduled on 2/9/02 at 8:00 AM at Burien office. Hope soon will be your turns.

My RD is a week later from yours. Hopefully I get the notice in next 10 days.
 
No yellow form with fp notice

i didnt receive the yellow form with fp notice. will i get it later.

I received the original notice directly. Courtesy copies were sent to my lawyers
 
Not Yet! Still Waiting!

FP in Seattle area isn\'t so fast (5~8 months).
Chicago area has been the best (2~4 months).

I wonder if the AVM gets updated when the FP notice is sent out. Do you know?
 
FP delay...

Since its taking 5-8 months in Seattle to get FP, will it affect the I485 process ( i mean will it take longer than usual processing time)...
 
Well, Not exactly...

Once the FP is done, FBI investigates and reports the result to the INS. So, theoretically, if FP notice takes 8 months and the investigation takes longer than 4 months, then the FD will definitely affect the whole I-485 processing time. But, I\'ve seen some cases that were approved after one or two months since the FP dates. So, we don\'t have to worry I guess.
 
FP may be in 3 months..

From what I see, Sharron, sandhya_r got their FP in 3 months.So I belive you should get it soon...Did you call NSC anytime to ask about FP...
 
Wife Got FP. RD10/4 ND 11/6

FP notice issued on 1/18
FP scheduled on 2/27

Note that my wife has applied as a dependant two months after me, and I have already done my FP.
