Just heard from lawyer that my FP is scheduled for Jan 11 th. They didnot receive my wife\'s yet. I don\'t know whether that is normal. But I thought it will come same time as mine.

Anyone know how the category (EB1/2/3) influence...

for the I-485 process? Some think that EB1 and EB2 get better attenton than EB3 from INS, and the approval process is quinker. Some say there is nothing to do with \'category\' for I485 application.

Anyone has clearer idea on this issue?
