I have a query. I am planning to transfer my school for Fall 2006. I'll be leaving United States in May 2nd week to India, and will come back in May last week. I will have to re-enter US on the new I20 of the school where i'll be transferring.
From what I know, we can only enter US not prior to one month before the school starts. I wanted to know if I would be able 2 enter US in may last week because the school starts in aug last week?I am currently on F1 visa status.
Will the same rule hold for me , even though I've already finished 2 sems at a school in US?
