scheduling appointment for N-400 review

I am thinking about scheduling appointment with infopass to review my pending N-400 (75 days after the interview). Options are between Christmas and the New Year OR after the New Year.

What do you think (know) would be a better choice? Is there anyone in the office between holidays or almost everyone is on vacation? Are they very busy when the year starts (and quotas open)?

Of course they work (or at least they pretend to...)
The quotas open at the beginning of the US fiscal year, which is Oct. 1.
