Scenario: I 140 approved, 485 pending, Lost job, Company does not invoke 140

So my I 140 is approved ..

I 485 was just filed 2 months ago

If I lose job after 180 days of 485

And if company does not revoke I 140 ..

So would there be any way for USCIS to know that I have lost job ?

If company does not revoke I 140, can I just keep quiet w/o worrying about AC21 or any thing.

Can USCIS check or issue RFE before 485 approval

Yes, USCIS can issue an RFE at any random time. They probably won't do it if the employer doesn't revoke the I-140, but it is possible something else could come to their attention to make them want to do it, like reading about your company doing 1000 layoffs in the news.

If the company doesn't revoke the I-140, and USCIS doesn't send you an RFE about your job situation, you can just keep quiet and look for another "same or similar" job, even if you lost the job before the 180 days.
