Scan software Updated for new CIS website

I am sorry,hmd, but could you tell me again how to run it? since when I tried to run it, I was told that Internet explore can not be opened, whereas IE was opened.

To run it,
open in excel,
Alt + F8,
select 140 scan,
enter first 5 digitsd from EAC (eg 03-086),
followed by range for last 5 digits.

Do not give range for more than 300 in a day, as INS restricts the number of hits received for an IP in a day.
