Please enlighten us with some reality check about 2002 EB3 hopefuls (If at all there is any hope) from retrogressed countries.Have not seen your posting from a long time(I may have not been reading the posts carefully though) so was wondering is it possible that you could share with us some news/any news good or bad for Eb3 2002 and beyond for retrogressed countries.Is there any reason for the EB3 visa numbers to be delayed so badly especially for India which is currently at April 2001 .

my opinion: i am sorry but if you notice EB3-india PD has been less than May 2001 since almost 1.5 years......and no one knows how long its going to hang around April 2001 because of uknown 245i applications....another theory is labor substitutions may keep the pd forever stuck around those dates...

but i will suggest you to wait for 4-5 months more and see how things go......if you like your current job then you simply hang on to it for 10-14 months........

if you dont like your job and you think your life will be hell with same employer if you have to work for 3-5 years with him.....then you need to have an alternate plan...
