san jose June RD folks: did ur AVM change?

i did my fp on dec 13 in san jose.
 
wondering if AVM changed to (processing resumed)
for any one who did fp around that time with JUNE RD.

my AVM still says "..pending review".

Did FP on 11/27. AVM says FP received on 12/06. AVM not updated to new
message. Can anybody who did FP during this time frame have their AVM updated?

I did FP on Dec 1st and voice message still says Received on Dec 6 and pending review. But my RD is July though.

I see some cosistency here. Immaterial of RD or where we did our FP, for people who did their FP in late November, AVM is not yet updated to the new message. I guess we should wait atleast until Feb 6th(2 months from DEc 6th for the AVM to change.

it seems like san jose folks will lag behind
in getting their 485 approvals, as they did in getting
their FP notice.

Of course I am assuming 2 things here
1) INS assigns case as soon as Fp checks are finished
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;irrespective of RD.
2) AVM\'s &quot;processing resumed&quot; msg =&gt; case assigned.

Both these assumptions are \'not confirmed\'.

FP Done late November at San Francisco

I too did FP on 23rd Nov. My RD is 08/24 &amp; ND is 09/21. AVM says that the finger prints are collected on 12/05 and pending review. I guess we are all in the same boat.

Not true, FP 11/23 and message changed

From San Jose\'. Message changed on 12/29. Be patient, iot takes about 8 weeks from FP to approval, look at the statistics PCEE has put together.

Come on guys, we have been in this boat for years don\'t kill yourselves for another few days..think positive
