san jose FP waiters: why dont you send fax

I believe you can make a fax request for FP after 120
days pass from your ND. Why dont all the san jose FP waiters
whose ND is less than august 4th, fax to CSC INS requesting for
FP. maybe then they will realise that they need to reboot the
computers issuing san jose FP\'s :)Mine is aug 16(ND) so I will
have to wait!

    . Regarding pending I-485
    a. If 120 days have elapsed from filing of the I-485 and the applicant has not received a fingerprint notice, fax an inquiry to (949) 389-3484.

    b. If you do not receive a reply or a fingerprint notice within 10 days, please send a second fax to (949) 389-3198.

    c. If you do not receive a reply or a fingerprint notice within 5 days, you have a choice of calling the Center Director\'s Office at (949) 389-3007 OR your lawyer can use the
    AILA CSC Liaison inquiry system by faxing CSC Fingerprint Inquiry form and Problem Case Inquiry sheet to the attention of Liaison at (202) 371-9449. YOU CANNOT DO

have you checked with any other attorney on this

I got to wait as my ND is in Oct.
But apprehensive without knowing
about anyone\'s experiences on this.
Please share what other lawyer\'s
suggest.
 
my nD is aug 16,

so I have to wait too...i was hoping people with ND less
than august 5th will send faxes and that will wake up
the CSC so that they can start giving out FP for san jose
folks.
 
The # doesn\'t work :(

My RD is 8/2/01 and my ND is 8/24/01. I tried the fax anyway. But
when I dial, it just says it can\'t connect to there... Anyone else
tried?
